Is my order insured?
Yes, we take order fulfillment very seriously. All shipments are insured by default.

How can I pay for purchases made at Girlsfever.com?
All countries within the European Union, you may make payment with IBAN code to our bank in the Netherlands. International Customers are welcome to make payment with your credit card. We accept world-wide credit card (VISA / MasterCard). Holders of credit cards other than USD may also shop at our site, your account will be billed and invoiced in the US dollar (USD) amount displayed in our invoice.

What is MasterCard(R) SecureCodeTM?
Customers who want to make payment using their MasterCard at GirlsFever.com will be asked for their MasterCard(R) SecureCodeTM: this private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your card. Please contact your bank for more detailed information on how to activate your code. You may also check out the website at www.mastercard.com for further information.

When I checkout, I lost my order. What do I have to do now?
There could be a time-out with credit card payment checkout, when your server try to connect with our Paydollar Secure Server, in this case please go back and try again.

I would like to make payment by EUR bank transfer, how do I go about this?
For customers outside of the Netherlands, your payment method is credit card by default. After log in please go to My Account page and set your payment method to EUR bank transfer in your profile.

How long after I place my order will the shipment take place?
We will ship your order within 24 hours once your payment has been received and verified. If your payment is verified during Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 24 hours thereafter.

How long does it take before my order arrives?
For standard shipping to Europe or the USA, you will generally receive the order within 5 to 7 business days from the shipment date.

What do I need to know about custom clearance?
Duties and Import Taxes may apply depending on your country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

What should I do if the shipment is damaged upon delivery?
Don't worry! The first thing you should do is to contact us immediately and report the situation to us. We will very quickly investigate the situation and guide you through the process of rectifying the problem. Please keep the package to identify the postage and shipping date.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped, which is typically within 24 hours after your payment is verified. Simply send us an email indicating the Order ID number, the Billing Name, Billing Address and the reason for canceling your order.
