What are Feverpoints?
To enrich your shopping experience with GirlsFever, we have designed a Feverpoint program for you. This is a reward program that adds value to each of your purchase. Once you have earned certain Feverpoints, you may redeem them to settle your purchase payment or to exchange for free gift at our Fun Corner.
How do Feverpoints work?
Once you become a member of GirlsFever, you are automatically enrolled to our Feverpoint program. You will receive one Feverpoint for each merchandise spending of 36 USD or greater (equivalent to 30 EUR or 21 GBP).
Feverpoints are not transferable and, however, will never expire.
Feverpoints are accrued per each completed transaction. To redeem Feverpoints for a purchase payment, only the balance of Feverpoints prior to the purchase can be used.
Your balance of Feverpoints can be redeemed at any time.
Would you like to see all your Feverpoints transactions? A clear overview of all your Feverpoints transactions can be found in "My account" under the tab "My Feverpoints".
Once used, Feverpoints will not be re-issued under any circumstances. At the Fun corner only one item can be redeemed at a time with the designated amount of Feverpoints. In the event of dispute, GirlsFever reserves the right to make the final decision.
How do I redeem my Feverpoints?
You may redeem your Feverpoints only while purchasing at GirlsFever.com. When you check out each item at the Fun corner, you will find on display the required quantity of Feverpoints, simply click "add to shopping basket" to redeem your desirable item. You can redeem 1 gift per transaction only.
Alternatively, you may choose to use Feverpoints to settle your purchase payment. Here is the redemption table - Feverpoints-to-Cash exchange rates:
