Terms of service

Average turnaround time for each order is between 2 to 3 business days from the time of payment and approval of your artwork proof. This estimated time does not include shipment time which varies depending on the destination.

Certain type of prints, such as full color process and oversized prints, may take longer. Please note we are closed on national holidays and weekends. These days will add to the turnaround time.

We do our best to process your order as soon as possible and keep our turnaround time as short as possible. In case you NEED absolutely your order by a certain DEADLINE (for special events such as weddings or anniversaries, etc.) let us know upfront prior to placing your order and we can see if it’s possible; In such case, we may need to work overtime to fulfill your order and therefore rush fees may apply depending on circumstances: please contact us for more details.

Please note that ordering multiple designs at one time, adding inside tagging, specialty inks or any other special services, does add to our standard turnaround time.

All prices on are in EUR and exclude shipping fee. VAT is not applicable according to Article 293B of the CGI (French General Tax Code).

Invoices must be paid in full before the order process starts.

Once confirmed and paid for, order shall be fulfilled as per the approved design and artwork. There is no refund policy.

GirlsFever will charge cancellation fee (0.70 Euro) if you cancel your order. Cancellation fee is charged to compensate bank handling fees. To avoid this, please contact us first before placing the order.

All artwork must be submitted with a 300dpi resolution or higher, and sized to the actual print size. Vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are EPS, AI, CDR and PDF.

For each order will follow the online artwork proof submitted by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all information on the proof is complete, accurate and correct in the first place.

This includes but is not limited to: checking for any spelling or grammatical error or omission or design errors or misinterpretations. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, shall not be held liable for the cost associated with redesign and reprinting of the order.

Once the final draft is approved by the customer, it supersedes all prior versions and all product descriptions.

All print colors (labels or stickers) in a design will be matched to the closest in house stock ink color. For exact color matches please request CMYK matched colors.

All items are shipped via La Poste (French postal service) or Mondial Relay. Every shipment has a unique tracking number. Beware that in some country, additional customs duties may apply: please check with your local customs department. We are not responsible for any additional charges or import duties that may apply upon receipt! 

In the eventuality of a lost shipment, your order will be processed and shipped again once a formal loss notice has been received from La Poste or Mondial Relay. Such loss event is extremely rare.

At we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds on any order, but we shall reprint the order to the correct specs if a non-conformity has been found upon receipt.

If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified, we shall do our best to rectify any issues in a timely manner. In order to determine whether or not defective products shall be returned to for inspection or to be reprinted, proof is required in the form of high resolution picture and a clear description of the of any alleged defect or non-conformity.

Customer is required to provide the correct address. In case address is wrong or incomplete, customer should pay for reshipping. If customer refuses to pay for shipping the item and money will be forfeited.
