How do I order at GirlsFever?

If you use the free Canva software, you can easily create a vector file. Once you have created the logo, export the file as a PDF.

Before placing your order, you can send us the vector file first. We will create a mock-up so that we can check whether your logo can be printed legibly. You can then attach this approved mock-up to the product you are ordering.

If you wish to reorder the same labels in the future, please keep the mock-up safe. Only with this mock-up can we quickly locate your logo in our system.

We will store your logo for up to 2 years.

ChatGPT does not currently produce vector files, nor can we process such files.

Where will the order be shipped from?
Since November 2019 our studio is based in Nantes (France). We ship to most countries around the world. To view the applicable shipping rate, please go here

Do you charge VAT?
VAT is not applicable, according to article 293B of the French CGI (General Tax Code).

How can I get a refund?
Only when your order has not yet been processed is it possible to cancel and receive a refund. In such case, please contact us along with the invoice number and user name. Please note that a 0,70 € cancellation fee will be applied to compensate for the bank transaction fee already charged to us. Once your order has been processed no refund shall be given.
