How do I order at GirlsFever?
For products customization, please use your existing software PAINT (for windows) or any software you are familiar with to edit simple designs. Save your design as vector format and email it to us.

On the Product page, simply upload a drawing or any jpeg file to show us the desired look and feel of your product design/logo. Do not forget to specify the fonts you have used in the instruction box.

Once your order is placed, we will send you the draft for approval. We will only process your order once we have your approval.

If you do not want to design anything, we will do the job for you : Simply make a note about your requirements on the product page, visual drawing (jpeg) would help a great deal.

For repeat orders, we keep most of the files/projects ordered previously in our archives. Just contact us for follow up.

I want to add icons to my design, how to do this?
You can show us by uploading a jpeg on the Product page. Click on the product you would like to order. You will then see the option to upload an image, plus you can add a short note on how you want to customize your product.

This jpeg can be a simple drawing hand drawn by you or a logo. Once your order is received, we will send you a digital draft by email. From there you can request changes as needed. We also have a large library of icons and drawings available for you. Just drop us a mail with your wish.


Where will the order be shipped from?
Since November 2019 our studio is based in Nantes (France). We ship to most countries around the world. To view the applicable shipping rate, please go here

Do you charge VAT?
VAT is not applicable, according to article 293B of the French CGI (General Tax Code).

How can I get a refund?
Only when your order has not yet been processed is it possible to cancel and receive a refund. In such case, please contact us along with the invoice number and user name. Please note that a 0,70 € cancellation fee will be applied to compensate for the bank transaction fee already charged to us. Once your order has been processed no refund shall be given.
